Nicely ruffled, 3 inch flowers of pure white open in clusters in May on a shrub that makes a compact 3 ft tall mound. This excellent landscaping hybrid by the Girard Nursery of Lake County, Ohio keeps the reputation of the Girards Azaleas in the 5 star rating! It is nice to find an evergreen azalea that performs better than expected. We like the oval, glossy dark-green leaves, and that it is well branched and spreading.
