Description
The name 'Hana fubuki' means "flower snowstorm" which is appropriate for this striking variegated Japanese maple. It leafs out in the spring with pink margined variegation, which turns to white variegation by early summer. Estimated size is 8-10ft in 10 years. Like all variegated Japanese Maples, it does best with shelter from the hot afternoon sun.
